One group called the Secret Handshake has installed a gold-painted statue of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. They are posed like Jack and Rose on the prow of the Titanic. It is high camp but very low class.

While the statues draw the tourists, the real drama is behind closed doors. Attorney General Pam Bondi has been ousted after a series of blunders involving the Epstein files. Her departure is a total mood killer for the Department of Justice. Sources say the President soured on her faster than a bad bottle of Chardonnay. Now, the House Oversight Committee is calling in the heavy hitters.

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is set to testify about his lunch dates with Epstein in the Caribbean. Even Bill Gates has been dragged into the calendar. The tech mogul will face questions in June about his ties to the late financier. It seems the guest list for that private island is finally becoming public.

House Democrats are taking a mic-drop victory lap. They claim Bondi abused her position to protect the elite. Meanwhile, the White House says the President is focused on saving the country. They claim the satirical art has no basis in reality. But for those of us with eyes, the National Mall currently looks like a billionaire's yard sale.

The 'No Kings' movement is also clogging up the streets. Thousands marched through Salt Lake City to protest executive overreach. They are upset about the militarization of the border and new visa rules. For the rest of us, it is just more traffic and less glamour. If you are going to protest, at least do it in a better outfit.
